Alissa Carmichael is a Senior Data Analyst at AEM Corporation since September 2016, where initial responsibilities as an Escalation Lead transitioned into a role focused on providing civil rights policy guidance in collaboration with the Department of Education and the Office for Civil Rights. Prior to this position, Alissa served as an Executive Administrative Assistant Office Manager at Con-Serv Industries Disposal and Management Logistics, where duties included managing office communications, scheduling, and logistical support for executives. Alissa also worked as a Lead Customer Care Specialist at The College Board during a contract position in late 2012. Alissa graduated from South Lakes High School in 2010.
