Jean-François Ode is an experienced professional in human resources and program management. Currently serving as Directeur du Programme ImmoFutur at Aéma Groupe since July 2023, Jean-François is focused on building the Maison Commune. Prior to this role, Jean-François held the position of Directeur des ressources humaines at Abeille Assurances from October 2018 to August 2023. Jean-François also has a significant tenure at Allianz France, where responsibilities included Directeur des Supports Transverses from June 2009 to October 2018 and DRH from 2001 to 2009.
