Jose Luis Laguna Perez is an experienced professional in the real estate and construction sectors, currently serving as Delegado at Aelca since January 2018. Prior to this role, Jose held the position of Delegado Suelo Andalucía y Extremadura at Altamira Asset Management from April 2009 to December 2017, where responsibilities included the establishment and commercialization of land and ongoing projects for Grupo Santander. Earlier in Jose's career, significant roles at Detinsa included Regional Director for Andalucía Occidental and various managerial positions in construction and promotions, contributing to the successful delivery of numerous housing projects. Jose holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, obtained between 1993 and 2001.
