Stuart Goodpaster is a Senior Structural Engineer at AEI, an STV Company, with extensive experience in transportation engineering. Previously, Stuart served as a Transportation Engineer II at the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet from January 2013 to June 2019, where responsibilities included Project Manager for the Newtown Pike Extension Project, focusing on roadway plan development and community impact mitigation. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky, both completed between August 1980 and May 1985.
