Sergio Roman is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and management. Currently serving as Manager at AEI SERVICES LLC since January 2008, Sergio oversees the US-GAAP monthly close process for Central and South American subsidiaries. Prior roles include Senior Accountant and Manager of Accounting at AEI Services LLC. Sergio also held the position of Senior Controller Assistant for PPL Corporation, managing accounting, controllership, taxes, and management control for assets across Latin America. Previous experience includes a supervisory role at Deloitte and significant contributions to Johnson’s Clothes S.A. in the retail sector. Sergio holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana and a Diploma in International Accounting from Universidad de Chile.
