Mr. Horner has over 30 years of experience in the real estate due diligence, engineering, construction and construction management industry. For the last 17 years, Mr. Horner has been involved in the due diligence industry, focusing his efforts on building assessment services, performing and managing divisions responsible for property condition assessments (debt, equity and capital planning) throughout the United States, Mexico and Hawaii. He has performed, and managed divisions responsible for construction document and budget reviews and construction loan monitoring. He has provided senior review services, peer review services and client management services for lenders, individual investors and commercial real estate investment groups.
As the National Lead for the Equity Service Division for AEI, Mr. Horner is charged with the continuous development and management of AEI’s PCA Equity Services Program. He oversees, coordinates and provides technical leadership for the Division to ensure compliance with the company’s Core values.
Mr. Horner is a licensed engineering (A) and hazardous materials contractor (Haz) in the State of California and is currently an International Member of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM). He is registered with the National Registry for Environmental Professionals as an REPA. Mr. Horner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Management.
