Richard West, MAI, currently serves as Valuation Leader at AEI Consultants since October 2022. Previously, Richard held the position of General Manager at LightBox from June 2020 to August 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing lender and valuation segments. Richard's extensive experience in real estate valuation includes a role as Executive Managing Director at CBRE from March 2007 to May 2020, leading the Americas Valuation team, and Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield from 2004 to 2007, focusing on real estate appraisal. Earlier career positions included Vice President at PM Realty Advisors and RUSSELL REAL ESTATE ADVISORS INC., along with a managerial role in real estate valuation at Arthur Andersen & Co. Richard earned a BS in Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business between 1989 and 1993.
