Jared Sheehy has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Jared is currently employed as a TPS Engineer II at Aehr Test Systems since September 2021. Prior to that, Jared worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at JABIL CIRCUIT INC from August 2016 to August 2021.

Before entering the industry, Jared gained valuable experience at Santa Clara University, where they held various positions. As a Research Assistant for Santa Clara's Mechanical Engineering Department from November 2013 to June 2016, they led a research project focused on analyzing fatigue crack growth rates of aluminum specimens. Jared utilized Solidworks to design grips and specimens, as well as a user-designed program run on the MTS Landmark. Jared also worked as a Material's Lab Assistant from September 2013 to June 2016 and as a Teaching Assistant from January 2016 to March 2016.

Jared Sheehy obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics from Santa Clara University, where they attended from 2012 to 2016. Prior to their university education, they completed their high school studies at Groton Dunstable Regional High School from 2008 to 2012 and graduated with honors. During high school, their field of study included AP Calculus and AP Statistics.
