Jae Pi'ilani Requiro currently serves as Vice President of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at AEG, where responsibilities include developing and driving diversity initiatives. Since 2018, Jae has been a board member of the Asian & Pacific Islander American Health Forum, currently chairing the Development Committee and Business Leadership Circle. Jae has also held various roles in diversity and inclusion across multiple organizations, including Director of Global Diversity and Inclusion at Thermo Fisher Scientific and National Manager of Diversity and Inclusion at Toyota Financial Services. Additionally, Jae has experience in karate instruction and leadership as President and Sensei of Togisala Shorin Ryu. Jae earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UCLA, specializing in Stratification, Race and Ethnicity with an emphasis in Business Administration.
