Pascal Koppenhagen serves as the CTO of the corporate center and head of Corporate Technology at Aegon since November 2022, overseeing all Corporate Technology initiatives. Previously, Pascal was the Head of Shared Platforms and Applications at Aegon, delivering technology solutions globally. As a director and co-owner of 2B1 since 2010, Pascal has been responsible for project management services across various clients. Other notable positions include Regional Infrastructure Leader at Aegon Nederland, Agile Transition Manager at ABN AMRO Asset Based Finance, and Senior Program/Project Manager at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., where Pascal managed multiple projects including a big data platform and cloud transitions. Pascal has also contributed as a trainer and coach at De Project Academie, specializing in project management methodologies. Educational background includes degrees from Nyenrode Business University and Eindhoven University of Technology.
