Michael Nicol is an experienced investment manager currently serving as Co-Manager for Aegon Asset Management's European and Overseas Tactical portfolios since September 2017. Prior to this role, Michael held significant positions at Dundas Global Investors, where as a Partner and Investment Manager, contributed to the establishment of a global equity strategy and successfully secured institutional mandates. Michael's career also includes roles at Midmar Capital LLP, Glasgow Investment Managers Limited, Martin Currie, SVM Asset Management Limited, PIMCO, and Dunedin Fund Managers, demonstrating a strong track record in raising capital and managing equity funds across various markets. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Robert Gordon University and a Postgraduate Degree in Marketing from CIM.
