Keith Passwater is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and financial sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Havarti Risk since March 2022, Passwater also holds a board member position at MediDrive, LLC and provides advisory services to Ilant Health. In addition, Passwater acts as an investor and advisor for both Aegle Health Partners and Quinsite. Previously, Passwater was the Managing Director at Pasco Advisers until its acquisition by Havarti Risk and spent 17 years with Anthem, Inc. as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and Chief Actuary. Passwater earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from Ball State University.
