Sneha Bhandari started their work experience in 2010 as an intern at NMB Bank Ltd. Sneha then worked as a student assistant at Westminster College from 2009 to 2013. In 2011, they became a Management Intern at State Farm®. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Loan Review Analyst at Digital Risk. In 2014, they became an Admin and Operations Manager at SunFarmer. In 2016, they worked as a Financial Assistant II at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for a few months before joining Aegis Medical Group. At Aegis Medical Group, they worked as a Medical Informatics Analyst from 2016 to 2020 and then became the Director of Health Informatics starting in October 2020.

Sneha Bhandari earned a Master's Degree in Management Studies from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University in the years 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics at Westminster College (MO) from 2009 to 2013. Sneha attended Budhanilkantha School for their high school education from 1999 to 2008.
