Rodney Atherton Attorney serves as the Managing Partner at AEGIS Law in Denver since August 2021, specializing in transactional and tax law, wealth and estate planning, and probate. Prior to this role, Rodney was a Partner at Ergo Law, LLC, from 2007 to August 2021, where expertise included financial powers of attorney, wills, trusts, charitable giving strategies, business formation, and tax law, among other areas. Earlier in Rodney's career, roles included Lawyer at Zakhem Atherton, LLC (2007-2009) and Partner at Snell & Wilmer (2005-2007). Rodney holds an LL.M. in Tax from the University of Denver, a J.D. from Washburn University School of Law, and a B.S. in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
