John Ervin is an experienced attorney currently working at AEGIS Law since July 2019. Previously, John served as an Associate Attorney in the Corporate Practice Group at Shutts & Bowen from November 2013 to December 2016, focusing on business law, business litigation, commercial transactions, tax and estate planning, and charitable organizations. Prior experience includes roles at Livingston, Patterson, Strickland & Siegel, P.A. and Clark Partington, as well as a law clerk position at the United States Attorney's Office. John Ervin holds an LLM in Taxation from the University of Florida, a J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law, and a B.A. in History and Religion from Bates College.
