Jade Lietzke is a Project Manager on the Product Development team at AEGIS Hedging since September 2020, where responsibilities include organizing projects in a dynamic environment and fostering continuous learning. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Service Manager at H-E-B, focusing on efficient front-end operations and enhancing customer hospitality, as well as a Management Intern, which allowed for the development of leadership and relationship-building skills. During an internship at Noble Energy, Jade contributed to improving mobile device management and automation processes. Early career experiences also include event planning and expense management at the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station. Jade holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University, completed in May 2020.
