Kasia Chodurek is currently the Chief of Staff at Aegis Energy, where Kasia focuses on building essential infrastructure for the energy transition. Prior to this role, Kasia served as the Head of Distribution at FarmWorks Agriculture, an agricultural start-up based in Kenya. Kasia also held various positions at BlackRock, including Vice President - UK Institutional Clients, Associate Relationship Manager, and Analyst. Kasia has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics from the University of Warwick and has experience in the finance and agriculture sectors. Additionally, Kasia has interned at J.P. Morgan and BP, and has a background in acting with the Upstaged Theatre Company.
