Steven De Ridder is an experienced professional in asset and investment management, currently serving as an Asset & Investment Manager at Aedifica NV/SA since February 2021. Prior to this role, Steven held the position of Senior Manager in Real Estate Advisory Services at EY TAS from April 2012 to February 2021 and worked as a Consultant at Coresta Group between March 2009 and March 2012. Steven’s early experience includes an internship at Hanzevast Capital in 2008. Steven holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree from Eindhoven University of Technology, awarded in 2008, and has developed methods to enhance the value and returns of real estate within the healthcare sector.
