Manuel Esclapez Escudero serves as the Director at PwC España in Procedimiento Tributario e Imposición Local since March 2004, and is also recognized as the Senior Manager within the national team of tax procedure specialists. Notably ranked as the number one in contencioso-tributario in the Comunidad Valenciana and third at the state level, Manuel also contributes to the Asociación Española de Asesores Fiscales as part of a group of experts focused on local treasuries and cadastral valuation since October 2019. In academia, Manuel teaches tax procedures at Universidad CEU San Pablo and previously instructed a Master's course in taxation at the University of Alicante. Educational qualifications include a Master in Taxation and Tax Advisory from Centro de Estudios Financieros, a law degree from Universitat d'Alacant, and further studies at IESE Business School and University of Rome Tor Vergata.
