Laura Conte, CHRL, currently serves as HR Manager at ONxpress Transportation Partners, having been seconded by Aecon to lead the Human Resources Operations department with an emphasis on employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning. Previously, Laura has held HR management roles at Aecon Group Inc. and Finastra, as well as a Deputy Director of HR Business Partner position at Sanofi Pasteur, where expertise in performance management and employee relations was honed. Laura's extensive experience spans over a decade in various HR functions at Vale, including Global Mobility Specialist and HR Operations, where strategic leadership and a focus on employee-centric solutions were pivotal. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies, Sociology from York University and a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic.
