Joel Augen is the Regional Head of Procurement Operations at AECOM, overseeing procurement activities in the East Region of the U.S. since September 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Procurement and Subcontracts at AECOM, Senior Procurement Manager at T-Rex Solutions, and Manager of Global Supply Chain Management at CSRA Inc. Previous positions at Northrop Grumman included Manager of Subcontracts, where Joel managed the full life cycle of supply chain activities, and roles at Raytheon spanned from International Offset Manager to entry-level Supply Chain Leadership Development Program positions. Joel's early career included a stint as a Micro-Enterprise Advisor with the Peace Corps, and educational qualifications encompass an MBA in Marketing & Supply Chain Management from Florida State University and a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Northeastern University.
