Derek Arnoldi has extensive experience in the fields of safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) management. Since June 2022, Derek has been working at AECI Limited as part of the SHEQ IT Systems team. Concurrently, since September 2020, Derek has held the position of SHEQ Systems & Governance at AECI Water. Derek's career at ImproChem began in August 1988, where Derek has served as Head of SHEQ and Corporate SHEQ Manager. Educationally, Derek completed studies at Randfontein High School between 1968 and 1980.
