Thomas Duncan has a diverse work history, starting as a Warehouse Assistant at General Electric Manufacturing Company (GEMAC) from 2001 to 2003. Thomas then worked as a Sales Representative at Aviation Power & Marine from 2005 to 2008, where they managed parts, inventory, warehouse, shipping, and receiving. From 2008 to 2012, Thomas worked as a Sales Representative at ProEnergy Services, where they fielded and resolved customer inquiries, generated quotes, and built long-term customer relationships. In 2011, they took on the role of Owner at Casual Consignments, where they created and managed an online consignment store. Thomas then joined RITE AID in 2015 as a Field Service Technician II, providing excellent service to 20 stores and maintaining technical equipment and network services. Their most recent role is as a Regional Sales Manager at PowerFlow Fluid Systems since 2019.

Thomas Duncan attended Centennial High School from 1998 to 2002, where they completed the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program and obtained their High School Diploma. Following their high school education, they enrolled in Bakersfield College from 2004 to 2006. During this period, they pursued the field of Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology, although they did not earn a specific degree.
