Franziska Richter has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR-Generalist at AEB since June 2021. Prior to this role, Franziska worked as an HR-Generalist and in various capacities, including as a Working Student at SSC-Services GmbH from November 2014 to May 2021. Additional experience includes working as a Working Student at the Institut für donauschwäbische Geschichte und Landeskunde from October 2014 to June 2015, an internship at Stadt Gütersloh in August 2014, and a position as a Working Student at Tübinger Vereinigung für Volkskunde e.V. from October 2011 to September 2014. Early career experience also includes an internship focused on exhibition concepts and marketing at Deutsche Bahn from October 2010 to September 2011. Academically, Franziska earned a Master of Arts in Empirische Kulturwissenschaft from the University of Tübingen and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from The University of Bonn, also studying briefly at Kansai Gaidai University.
