Joseph Noble is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and environmental services, currently serving as Operations Manager and Project Manager at AE2S since July 2019. Prior roles include Project Engineer at Colorado Springs Utilities from March 2017 to July 2019, and Civil Engineer at KIRA and JDS-Hydro Consultants, Inc. from May 2015 to March 2017 and May 2013 to May 2015, respectively. Joseph Noble began a career in the United States Air Force, where roles included Chief of Civil Engineer Operations and Construction Project Manager from August 2005 to October 2011. Academically, Joseph Noble holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science & Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
