Willem Roels is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success and consulting. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and Business Analyst at Customaite since January 2021, Willem also contributes to AE nv/sa - Architects for Business & ICT as a Consultant since September 2019. Prior to these roles, Willem co-founded LEAP Antwerp, where responsibilities included finance, from 2018 until May 2019. Academically, Willem holds multiple degrees from KU Leuven, including a Master's degree in Information Management and another in Finance and Risk Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
