Robert Pinner has extensive experience in law enforcement, security training, and project management. Currently serving as an Asphalt QC Field Project Manager and CEI Inspector at AE Engineering Inc. since January 2018, Robert previously held various roles at VEA Tactical Solutions from 2012 to July 2020, where responsibilities included personal safety and firearms training. An adjunct instructor at St. Johns River State College from 2005 to March 2019, Robert educated future law enforcement officers on laws and constitutional rights. As a State Law Enforcement Officer from April 2013 to February 2016, enforcement of Florida’s laws concerning agriculture and commerce was a key responsibility. Additionally, Robert served as an Embedded Police Mentor with DynCorp International from 2011 to 2012 and dedicated over a decade to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office, where roles culminated in an Executive Lieutenant position and included leadership in several specialized teams.
