Thomas De Schuyter has extensive work experience in various marketing and management roles. Thomas began their career as a Marketing adviser at Forsaken Studios, where they developed and executed marketing and communication plans for the indie game developer. Thomas then interned at The House of Sales, where they analyzed the company's marketing strategy and co-developed a new marketing and communication plan.
After their internship, Thomas joined MedicAnimal Ltd. as an Online Marketing Executive, where they were responsible for planning and executing online marketing campaigns, managing affiliate and email marketing, and optimizing search engine advertising and social media marketing. Thomas later became the Marketing Manager for the Netherlands, overseeing all marketing activities, budget management, and reporting.
Thomas then joined Adzuna as the Country Manager for the Netherlands, where they successfully managed operations and drove business growth. Thomas later took on the role of Country Manager for both the Netherlands and France, further expanding their responsibilities. Thomas subsequently became the Region Manager for Key Markets and then the Head of International Operations, leading recruitment efforts in various countries.
Currently, Thomas serves as the Head of Delivery & International Operations at Adzuna, where they continue to oversee international operations and ensure Adzuna's mission to be the best place to start looking for a job is achieved.
Thomas De Schuyter earned a Bachelor's degree in business management and marketing from UC Leuven-Limburg between 2010 and 2014. Thomas also obtained additional certifications in Google Adwords Fundamentals and Google Adwords search from Google in 2017. The obtained month for these certifications is not provided.
