Theodora Giannouli has worked in a variety of roles and companies throughout their career. Theodora started their career as an intern at Byte Computer ABEE in September 2010, where they worked until January 2011. In 2014, they joined proLogistik as a Software Support professional, working from May to July. Theodora then moved on to Adzuna, where they worked as a Developer from February 2014 to October 2017, and then again from November 2017 to the present. In 2016, they also worked at Zalando SE as a Software Developer from April 2016 to September 2017.

Theodora Giannouli holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Engineering - Intelligent Networked Systems, which they obtained from the University of Duisburg-Essen from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science at the University of Piraeus from 2008 to 2013.
