Rishi Charan has worked in various roles over the past few years. In 2021, they were a Digital Marketing Associate at AdYogi. In 2020, they were an Associate at I-PAC (Indian Political Action Committee). In 2019, they were an Audit Intern at The Coimbatore Central Cooperative Bank (CDCC), a Digital Marketing Intern at Datsme, a Technical Assistant at Youthshed, and an Internshala Student Partner at Internshala. In 2018, they were a Technical Head at The Fine Arts Society, ShriRam College of Commerce.

Rishi Charan obtained a Bachelor of Commerce - B.Com(hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce between 2017 and 2020, majoring in commerce. In April 2022, they obtained four additional certifications from Google: Google Ads Display Certification, Google Ads Search Certification, Google Ads Video Certification, and Shopping Ads Certification.
