Pieter Huibers has a strong background in engineering and technology, with experience in various leadership roles at Adyen. Pieter has been with the company since May 2015, where Pieter currently serves as the SVP of Engineering for Platforms and Financial Services. Prior to Adyen, Pieter worked at NLR as an R&D Engineer. Pieter holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Utrecht University and completed their VWO degree in Natuur en Techniek, along with Latin, from Murmellius Gymnasium. Pieter's expertise lies in areas such as payment processing for marketplaces, authorisation rate optimisation, and data/risk management.
