Onno van Paridon is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience at Adyen since April 2009, currently serving as Principal Engineer and leading the Madrid tech hub as VP of Engineering & Spain Site Lead. With a strong background in shaping global engineering departments, Onno has contributed as Head of Engineering and in various VP roles. Previous positions include establishing a local engineering team in Singapore as Lead Software Engineer APAC and leading initiatives focused on payment methods. Earlier career milestones include software engineering roles at CNOC Informatiesystemen and freelance projects, specializing in custom applications. Onno holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Delft University of Technology.
