Tlicia Critchlow started working at AdWatch Media Inc. in 2018 as a Sr. Account Manager. Tlicia also worked at TEAM Enterprises starting in 2016 as a Lead Experiential Specialist.

Tlicia Critchlow completed their Diploma at Stephens County High School. Subsequently, they pursued a degree in Wedding and Event Planning at The University of Georgia from 2017 to 2018.
