Hicham El Mokhtari has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Hicham began their career as a volunteer/researcher at blueEnergy Group in 2011, where they were responsible for conducting social impact studies. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Chargé de mission at Uniscité, where they were responsible for conducting a feasibility study for the implementation of an antenna in the Coeur de Flandres. During this same time period, they also worked as an Assistant Études at Qualimétrie, a cabinet expert in customer satisfaction. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as Responsable de la rédaction at Leopolis Magazine, a publication with more than 80 pages of reports. Finally, since 2019, they have been a Product Owner at Adwanted Group.
Hicham El Mokhtari began their educational journey in 2008 when they attended Lycée Faidherbe - Hypokhâgne, studying Lettres, histoire-géographie, philosophie, langues. Hicham then moved on to University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, where they obtained a licence 3 in Philosophie in 2009-2010. Finally, they completed a Master 2 Recherche in Anthropologie sociale, ethnologie, ethnographie at Université Paris Cité in 2010-2012.
