Akram Ben Yahia is a seasoned professional in human resources consulting and information systems with extensive experience spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as President at Advyteam since October 2011, Akram has established a strong foothold in advising major public and private sector players on strategic HR, digital HR, SIRH, and project management assistance. Previously held the position of Chief Innovation Officer at Accretio, focusing on digital transformation and collaborative work solutions. Prior consultancy roles include Senior HR Access Consultant at Capgemini and various HR Access positions at Gfi Informatique and HR Access Solutions. Akram holds an M.B.A. in General Management from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School and an Engineer’s Degree in Telecommunications from SUP'COM, alongside academic experience at Leibniz Universität Hannover.
