Silje H. Bakkevig Dagsland is a Senior Lawyer at Advokatfirmaet Haavind AS, where work has been conducted since January 2014, progressing through various legal roles including Senior Associate and Masterstipendiat. In addition to current responsibilities, Silje serves as a board member for Young Arbitration Practitioners Norway and as a member of the board for Ungt Entrepriseforum. Previous experience includes serving as a legal counsel during a secondment at Kvaerner and holding positions as a flight attendant with SAS. Silje began their career at Haavind through multiple trainee positions. Academically, Silje earned a Master's degree in Law from the University of Oslo between 2009 and 2014.
