Tremayne Jackson, M.B.A has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Starting from 2015, Tremayne worked as an Intern at the United States Marshall Service. In 2016, Tremayne joined Crown Agents, initially serving as an Office Logistics/Operations Coordinator, and later transitioning to the role of Staff Accountant, Accounts Receivable.
Moving forward, Tremayne's career advanced to Young Invincibles in 2017, where they held multiple positions. Initially starting as a Senior Coordinator, Finance and Operations, Tremayne played a vital role in financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting. They then progressed to the position of Finance & Operations Manager, assuming additional responsibilities related to compliance and staff training. In 2019, Tremayne took on the role of Senior Finance and Operations Manager, overseeing areas such as compliance, audit filings, and system implementations.
In 2021, Tremayne joined YI Advisors and held the title of Acting CFO before being appointed as Chief Financial Officer. Tremayne's tenure at YI Advisors also involved serving as Senior Director of Finance & Operations/CFO at Young Invincibles, where they provided strategic recommendations, managed financial processes, and liaised with foundations and third-party partners.
Most recently, as of 2023, Tremayne Jackson is serving as the Senior Executive of Operations/Chief Operating Officer at Advocates for Youth.
Tremayne Jackson holds a Forensic Accounting Certificate/Masters of Accounting from the American University - Kogod School of Business, with a focus on Accounting and Finance. Additionally, they have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kansas Wesleyan University, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Tremayne Jackson also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology, both from Kansas Wesleyan University.
