Mandy O'Connor is a Senior Research Associate at Advocates for Human Potential, Inc. with over 10 years of experience in Research and Evaluation, as well as Technical Assistance and Training on federally funded projects. Skills include quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis using SPSS, Stata, and Dedoose. Previously, as a Program Associate, Mandy collaborated with senior management, the National Association of State and Mental Health Program Directors, and SAMHSA to deliver technical assistance and trainings for various organizations. Earlier experience at Advocates for Human Potential includes roles as a Consultant, supporting the Homeless Families Study, and as a Research Associate, coordinating project activities and supervising field staff. Mandy holds a Master of Arts in Geography and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University at Albany.
