Bradley Kruger serves as the Vice President of Patient Experience Enterprise at Advocate Health since January 2023 and is also an Advisory Board Member at WebMD as of April 2022. Kruger is a member of the CXM@MSU Collaborative at Michigan State University, contributing to the development of North America's first master's degree in Customer Experience Management and co-chairing its Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity Committee. Previous roles include System Vice President for Patient Experience at Advocate Aurora Health and Chief Operating Officer at HAALO Integrated Health. Kruger has extensive experience in healthcare operations, strategic planning, and patient care, reinforced by advanced degrees in Healthcare Administration, International Health, and Business Administration.
