Rosana Kwiatt serves as the Director of Clinical Operations at Advocate Children's Hospital since September 2021. Prior to this role, Rosana held various positions at Advocate Health Care from May 2002 to September 2021, including Manager of Clinical Operations, Clinical Operations Assistant, and Registered Nurse. Rosana Kwiatt earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from The University of Memphis and is a graduate of Millington Central High School.
