David spent a significant portion of a decade at NWN Corporation, progressing from Client Services Manager to Director of Technology for the NCare division, where responsibilities included service delivery management, continuous improvement processes, and implementation of standardized KPI reporting. Earlier roles at NWN encompassed overseeing service desk operations and acting as IT Director for key clients. David’s career began in hospitality management and software internships, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UMass Boston.
