Daniel Thompson started their work experience in 2017 as a Customer Operations Manager at Electric AI. Daniel held this position until January 2019. In February 2019, Daniel transitioned to a Tier 2 Technician role at AD.Visory Solutions. Then, in May 2019, they became a Sr. Systems Engineer: Idp/IAM at the same company.

Daniel Thompson received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from Manhattan College, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained certifications including Okta Certified Professional from Okta in September 2021, Jamf 200 from Jamf in August 2020, and Jamf 100 from Jamf in December 2019.
