Lisa Eklund, PMP, has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Lisa is currently serving as the Senior Director and Chief of Staff in Customer Success and Operations at ´¡»å±¹¾±²õ´Ç°ù360° since September 2022. Prior to that, from September 2018 to November 2022, Lisa worked as a Consultant at CIO Sensei, where they provided IT advisory services and helped clients achieve measurable benefits.
From January 2017 to June 2018, Lisa held the position of Director of Engineering & Programs in Customer Enablement at Kronos Incorporated. In this role, they led cross-functional initiatives to ensure the successful launch of workforce management software and managed a team of engineers responsible for customer support and enhancements.
Lisa also had a significant tenure at EMC, where they held multiple roles. From 2013 to 2016, they served as the General Manager and Senior Director, managing a large data center and a global services delivery organization. Lisa received recognition for leading the development of a self-service, virtualized, and automated cloud platform.
In their earlier roles at EMC, Lisa was the Senior Director of Engineering Operations & Services, the Director of Engineering Operations & Program Management, and the Director of Operations in the Office of CTO. Lisa also served as the Manager of Global Program Management, responsible for the governance of a multi-million dollar software business, and as a Senior Technical Program Manager.
Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in program management, and a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
Lisa Eklund, PMP holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science from Le Moyne College. Additionally, they obtained their PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute in 2005.
