Chhavi Mishra is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of People, Culture & Experience at ´¡»å±¹¾±²õ´Ç°ù360° since July 2022, Chhavi previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Qure.ai, where notable achievements included the complete transition of HR from Fractal to Qure.ai. Chhavi has also worked as HR Lead at Springboard, leading talent acquisition and performance management, and as a Human Resources Consultant at McKinsey & Company, successfully hiring over 350 professionals for Tata Steel. As a co-founder and Head of HR at Edyoo Technologies, Chhavi played a vital role in the growth and integration of YoScholar. Earlier career experiences include significant roles at Wipro Limited and Polaris, focusing on recruitment and employee management. Chhavi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Nirma University and an EPHRA in HR Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
