Ömer Kırmaz is a Data Scientist at Advidi since September 2023, with prior experience as a Machine Learning Intern at BrainsFirst, where skills in model building and data preprocessing were developed in the context of football analytics. Previous roles include an AI & Vision Intern at Alpha.One, focusing on diversity measurement in advertising and face detection technologies, and a research role at the Emory University Personality Research Laboratory that investigated political extremism. Ömer also served as a Science Editor for Flaps Club and conducted an independent study at the Emory University Spatial Cognition Laboratory. Ömer holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree from Emory University.
