Stephen Dickson is an accomplished manufacturing engineer and company owner with extensive experience in the CNC machining and production engineering fields. Since March 2023, Stephen has operated SDD Designs LLC, while concurrently serving as a manufacturing engineer at ADVICS Manufacturing Ohio, Inc. since December 2015, where responsibilities include setting up new production lines and troubleshooting existing operations. Previously, Stephen worked as a production engineer at Standard Aero from June 2012 to December 2015, focusing on process improvements in aircraft maintenance, and as a Level 3 CNC machinist and team leader at BAE Systems from September 2004 to November 2010. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Miami University.
