John Lucke has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. John started their career at Ford Motor Company in 1989 as a Process Engineer and Assembly and Test Engineer. John later worked as a Maintenance Supervisor, responsible for overseeing maintenance teams across different departments. In 1995, they briefly worked as a Maintenance Facilities Engineer at Ford.
In 1996, Lucke took on the role of Maintenance Planning Specialist, where they directed maintenance teams and improved uptime. John then became a Manufacturing Planning Specialist, leading teams in quality improvements. From 2000 to 2003, they served as a Plant Reliability and Predictive Maintenance Supervisor, overseeing maintenance support operations and predictive maintenance crews.
In 2007, Lucke joined Definity Partners as a Project Manager, implementing lean tools and working with clients in various manufacturing industries. In 2008, they joined ADVICS Manufacturing Ohio, Inc. as a Senior Manager, later becoming the Director of Engineering. In 2010, they took on the role of Sr. Manager Manufacturing Engineering and Improvement, and in 2015, they became the Director of Technical Operations.
Throughout their career, Lucke has demonstrated their expertise in areas such as manufacturing engineering, maintenance, facilities engineering, and continuous improvement. John has managed teams, implemented process improvements, and delivered results.
John Lucke attended Kettering University from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained an MBA degree in Operations Management. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1989, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
