Jason Falk is a seasoned design and UX engineering leader with extensive experience in managing and developing innovative solutions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Principal Design and UX Engineering Leader at Microsoft since April 2010, Falk leads the CoreUX team for the WebXT/WXC organization, focusing on unifying UI/Design systems across Microsoft products. As a co-creator and maintainer of the FAST UI System since March 2018, Falk has contributed to a significant project emphasizing modern web standards. Falk also operates as President of Falk Farm, a regenerative culinary ecosystem in Washington, while holding notable prior roles, including Manager of Solutions Development at NewHeights Software and Principal/Owner of Falk Icon, a design studio. With a career starting from freelance design in 1994, Falk has continually demonstrated expertise in web design, development, and branding.
