Heather Jo Cutting currently serves as the Training Development Manager at Washington Health Benefit Exchange, where responsibilities include developing system training programs and maintaining training manuals. With extensive experience as an Associate Instructor at K9 Specialty Search Associates, Heather Jo has trained search dogs in various locations globally. Additionally, Heather Jo works as an Assistant Guide for Adventures In Good Company, focusing on empowering women in active travel. Previously, as a Planning Section Liaison for the State of Washington Department of Health, contributions were made to the Covid-19 response efforts. A significant tenure at Girl Scouts of Western Washington involved various roles, including Learning Director and Senior Online Learning Manager, where Heather Jo improved online learning and managed numerous publications. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Puget Sound and a Certificate in Homeland Security and Emergency Management from Pierce College.
