Since January 1986, Venilton has held multiple roles at Adventure World, including Event Coordinator and Tour Manager, primarily managing tour groups across various international destinations. Previous positions include serving as South America & Europe Product Manager at AMS Europa Travel, where responsibilities included liaising with travel agents and negotiating favorable tariffs, and Catering Captain at Danbury Hilton & Towers, overseeing all aspects of the catering business. Venilton's education includes attendance at Worldtek Travel School and Hornell Senior High School.
